Lockdown is over! Its not possible to doing continue Lockdown! We all have started coming out of our homes! WHO says we might have to live with this virus for a little longer!

The government can’t manage Vaccines for 100% of people because of Vaccine production capacity is too lower than a large number of the human community! The doctor also says that, If anybody takes vaccine also, He must quite keep him/her like another non vaccinate person.

So, are we safe enough? The answer is No! We are not! So, everybody should maintain consciousness also. So what can we do about it? The best solution is to increase body immunity. By Increasing body immunity we can get rid of maximum types of diseases and bacteria effects also!

How to Boost your immune system?

My family doctor advises me the best solution to stay healthy is to boost my immune system. By increasing the immunity, the chance of getting the effects of any virus/disease gets reduced! And he told me a few ways to increase immunity. And I decide to write an article about this so that more and more knowledge about it.

1. Improve your Diet

Our good diet habit helps our immune system to boost most. Start eating more Spanish Broccoli, Mushrooms, Tomato and Green Vegetables. Include Ginger, Garlic, and Amla with your everyday diet plan. Also, try to eat fruits with have Vitamin C (i.e: Orange, Malta, Guava, Kiwi etc)

Try to drink turmeric milk daily at night is very important. Because Turmeric is the best immunity booster for the human body!

2. Do not Compromise on Sleep

Because of Lockdown, we didn’t have any sleeping time or wake-up time, which hampered our sleep pattern. Don’t take this casually! Sleeping 7 to 9 hours daily is the easiest way to boost your immune system.

3. Stay Hydrated

Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Also include juices and coconut water in your diet. Hydration helps to flush out toxins from our bodies. Hydration helps to flush out toxins from our body, by which catching any flu in comparatively less.

4. Workout

By exercising your body toxin can get flushed out through sweat. So depending on your stamina exercise for thirty to forty minutes every day. This will increase your metabolism, and it is directly related to body immunity.

5. De-Stress Yourself

Take out 10 to 15 minutes daily for meditation, it will help to calm down and will also boost your immune system.
